Beijing Global Network of Science Festivals（BGNSF）is a non-profit, professional international science communication network co-sponsored and voluntarily formed by dozens of influential science communication agencies across the world, under the initiative of Beijing Association for Science and Technology. On September 17, 2018, BGNSF was formally established during Beijing International Science Festival Round-table Conference. At present, 31 institutions from 22 countries have joined the BGNSF.

The purpose of BGNSF is to promote the science communication and cooperation among all countries in the world, give full play to the advantages of the science communication organizations of all countries, strengthen the joint construction and sharing of popular science resources in various countries, innovate the modes of cooperation among the science communication organizations of various countries, and promote the upgrading of both popular science concepts and practices.
