严晓梅博士，现为上海交通大学教育学院讲师。博士阶段受助于布里斯托大学百年奖学金，开展大学生科学论证能力发展的研究。后在北京师范大学科学教育研究院完成博士后工作，期间参与了教育部和中国科学院等部委委托的科学教育和青少年科学素养发展方向的研究项目与政策咨询工作。

严博士已在国内外核心期刊发表多篇关于科学教育、场馆教育等学术文章。担任多本国内外期刊的审稿人。现为欧洲国际科学教育研究委员会委员，并担任“一带一路”环境教育培训中心副主任；以及我国思维发展学校联盟专家组成员。

目前研究方向专注于科学教育领域中科学思维发展、环境教育、信息化支持的科学教育和理科教师专业素养发展等方向。

Dr. YAN Xiaomei is currently a lecturer at the School of Education, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. During her doctoral studies, she was awarded the University of Bristol Centenary Scholarship to conduct research on the development of college students' scientific argumentation abilities. She later completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Institute of Science Education, Beijing Normal University. During this period, she participated in research projects and policy consultation on the development of science education and scientific literacy among adolescents, commissioned by the Ministry of Education, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and other ministries.

She has published many academic articles on science education, museum education, and related topics in leading domestic and international journals. She also serves as a reviewer for several domestic and international journals. Currently, she is a member of the European Science Education Research Association Committee, Deputy Director of "the Belt and Road" Environmental Education and Training Center, and a member of the expert group of the China Thinking Development School Alliance.

Her current research focuses on the development of scientific thinking in science education, environmental education, information technology-supported science education, informal science education, and the professional development of science teachers.
