Nina自2018年起担任诗里亚能源实验室（SEL）主任。她身为主任的职责包括巩固实验室先进科学中心的地位，积极推广STEM互动式教育、可持续能源与21世纪技能。在Nina的领导下，实验室已率先开展多项创新科学计划与研讨会，如“女性科学家”竞赛、“创新中心”与“科学传播”研讨会。这些计划旨在让全国的学生与教育工作者能够接触有效的科学传播、设计思维和批判性思维等关键技能与能力。她还是SEL展览改造项目的团队一员，全程参与了从概念设计到安装调试的工作。她是文莱青年专业人员网络（YPN）与全球意识与影响联盟（GAIA）的导师之一，也是壳牌Nxplorers文莱首席培训师之一。她是东南亚青年领袖计划（YSEALI）最终入围者之一，也是2017年该计划境外项目基金的获得者。她是2017年东南亚青年领袖倡议(Young Southeast Asia Leaders Initiative)的最终入选者之一，也是“2021年壳牌Nxplorers卓越促进奖”（Shell Nxplorers Excellence in Facilitation 2021）的银奖得主。

Nina has been holding the role as the Head of Seria Energy Lab (SEL) since 2018. Her role as the head includes sustaining SEL as a premier science centre that actively promotes interactive STEM education, sustainable energy and 21st century skills. With Nina’s leadership, she has managed to make SEL the pioneer of several innovative science programs and workshops such as the Women in Science competition, Innovation Hub and Science Communication workshop. These programs are designed to expose students and educators nationwide to crucial skills and competencies such as effective science communication, design thinking and critical thinking. She was also part of the project team in the revamp of SEL exhibitions from concept design up until installation and commissioning. Nina obtained her PhD at Universiti Brunei Darussalam. Her research field was science communication through interactive teaching. She is also one of the mentors for the Youth Professional Network (YPN) and one of the Shell Nxplorers Brunei Lead Trainers. She was one of the finalists for the Young Southeast Asia Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) 2017 and the Silver Award recipient for Shell Nxplorers Excellence in Facilitation 2021.
