刘明星，女，中国园林博物馆副馆长，科学传播副研究馆员（高级职称），硕士学位，1980年生人。北京市对外友好协会理事，北京市科技教育促进会常务理事。工作18年来长期从事中国园林科技文化的推广普及、社会教育、智慧化传播等科学传播领域相关工作。带领团队实施了中国园林科普的特色体系建设、场馆基地规划、活动策划组织、教育课程研发、传播内容制作、讲解队伍打造、志愿服务推广、智慧传播平台搭建等项目。主持北京市科委、教委、丰台区科普教育类课题10项，形成了专利、专著等科普推广研究成果，发表学术论文30余篇。  

Liu Mingxing, female, master’s degree, born in 1980, deputy director of China Garden Museum, associate research librarian of science communication (senior professional post), director of Beijing People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and executive director of Beijing Sci-Tech Education Promotion Association, has been engaged in the promotion and popularization of Chinese garden science and technology culture, social education, intelligent communication and other science communication related work for 18 years. She has led her team to implement a series of projects, including the construction of the characteristic system of Chinese garden science popularization, venue base planning, event planning and organization, education curriculum research and development, communication content production, explanation team building, volunteer service promotion, intelligent communication platform construction, etc. She has also directed 10 science popularization and education projects of Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, Beijing Municipal Education Commission and Fengtai District, made a number of scientific popularization research results such as patents and monographs, and published more than 30 academic papers.
